Welcome to our class page!

Hello, I'm Becky Godbey. I have been teaching for 13 years. I love teaching and I'm very excited to be a part of your child's life for the next year. Kindergarten is one of the most important years of your child's life. Here your child learns how school works. Your child will begin to establish school habits that will affect him or her throughout his school career.
Parents need to stay with their child until 8:25 when the teachers pick up the students.

Please put your child's snack in a separate bag or compartment so that the teachers can find the snack easily.

Keep a bag filled with a change of clothes in your child's backpack ALL YEAR.
Accidents are very common, even though the teachers try to establish a regular bathroom routine.

Check your child's backpack everyday. It is the parent's responsibility to do this every day. Children are not developmentally ready to remember to show their parents important letters or homework.
