WHAT IS A DUAL LANGUAGE PROGRAM?
- Integrates English-speaking students and speakers of the target language (Spanish)
- Students learn the academic content and gain proficiency in English and the target language.
- Special emphasis is placed on the active use of instructional strategies that promote cross-cultural cooperation and learning.
¿QUE ES UN PROGRAMA DE INSTRUCCION BILINGUE?
- Integra a los estudiantes que hablan el inglés y a los que hablan el idioma objetivo (español) para la instrucción académica.
